R415, need help with config BMC for LOM

We have a couple R415's (RHEL6) that we need to enable lights out management on. They weren't ordered with upgrade to dedicated DRAC interface so i'm trying to configure the shared interface access to BMC. How are we supposed to be able to access the system, ssh? I powered down the system and can't reach either IP, I've gone through the <Cntrl-E> setup where i configured these options:

I am now seeing the message System Services Update required (in the upper right corner with the F2, F10, F11 options).
