I have created an .EXE file from Command Configure to set the BIOS password, enable TPM and activate it then enable Wake On Lan.
I have tested it successfully on an optiplex7010 but for some reason when i test it with a Latitude E7250 it fails. The admin password is set, TPM is enabled but activation fails. TPM does not activate
There is a similar post here (but without fix)
