So I'm trying to update the firmware and such from within the Lifecycle Controller. I have configured the Network and it passes the Gateway IP and DNS IP but fails on the Server IP with 143.166.147.76.
I can actually go to ftp://ftp.dell.com/ and get a list of files just fine so I'm not sure where the problem is.
I tried pining ftp.dell.com from multiple machines and none of them can ping it. Is this supposed to work? Is it down? I'm not sure how to make this works if it won't connect to Dell's site.
