i have windows 7 and i had windows 7 on my last desktop. I never had to install an email program to send email. so why do I have to do it on this windows 7 inn my inspiron 3647 desktop. which I don't know what it wants or how to do it. I can't figure it out.i have tried every thing. I go to microsoft help chat and they are no help. all i want to do is when i get done scanning a paper i want to send it by email to the person. but it keeps saying install an email program, or if there is one already installed create an association in the default programs control panel. I have never had to do anything like this before. Why now. I have downloaded things I don't want ,I have so many emails i can't keep track and still i get the same thing there is no email associated to perform this requested action. how do you write an email I can't see how thats done either.
